Chin Check - 344 - (UFC Belgrade Recap)
Holy Smokes, right!!! The UFC hit Serbia for the first time and the Belgrade Arena may never be the same again!!!
We saw records drop left, right, and centre, the most first round finishes EVER, with Stephanie Luciano starting things off. And although that wasn't quite the way the crowd wanted things to go, Jovan Leka got things back on track for the home nation! Michael Oliveira may have put on one of the most devastating performances as well! The night also had the most overall finishes, with 12, two ending in the 2nd round. Bogdan Grad's submission and Tofiq Musayev's TKO. And even the two that went the distance were exciting fights!
The night finished with a BANG too, as Navajo Stirling and Uroš Medić had the best nights of their careers so far, with explosive 1st round KO's! Obviously, there is a LOT to cover on today's @ChinCheckPod (ep 344). So hopefully you're ready to recap 'UFC Fight Night: Medić vs Rodriguez'!!!

Chin Check - 343 (UFC Fight Night 283)
This weekend, the UFC has its very first event in Belgrade at the Belgrade Arena. We have got a whopping 14 fights, with, 11 debuts, which must be (maybe), the highest number on a card.
There's a lot of intriguing matchups, where it seems winner takes, all, loser leaves the organization. So there's a lot to fight for. And when you look at the last two, Jan Błachowicz vs Navajo Stirling & Uroš Medić vs Daniel Rodriguez, these fights may not lead directly to a title next, they'll put you higher in the pecking order.

'Lord Of The Rings', 'Guardians Of The Galaxy', the 'Before' films, and now 'Holloway vs Poirier' can be added to the small list of incredible trilogies!!!!
Now, the pod had its worst week since 'UFC Vegas 103', BUT, what a night in New Orleans, people, so many finishes, so many fun fights. This was a card truly fitting a legends send off, and a BMF!!!
The joy is, now we get to relive all the memories from 'UFC 318: Holloway vs Poirier 3' with @ChinCheckPod (ep 257)!!!!

Not all trilogies are created equally (did I say 'Highlander'), sometimes the first two parts are tight, but the third is wack ('Terminator'). BUT on Saturday night, a trilogy is going to come to an end in an epic way (I mean, it has to right!?!)!
