It all stems from having the opportunity to speak with Yara Estrada Lowe about her debut feature 'Demise' (thanks to Amy Prenner). As the film has now dropped this side of the Pond, we're going back to it, sitting down with one of the leads, Caleb himself, Carlo Mendez!!!
'Demise' is the feature directorial debut from Yara Estrada Lowe, which she also wrote. After the ultimate betrayal by her husband (Carlo Mendez), a woman (Liz Fenning) gets a deadly taste for revenge in a tense and explosive tale of desire, obsession and vengeance.

Carlo Mendez was born in Los Angeles, and raised in Miami to Cuban parents. He is the brother of actress Eva Mendez. Carlo is a highly trained actor. He studied under the notable acting coach, Ivanna Chubbock. He worked opposite Rob Schneider in the Netflix Series "Real Rob," and he is a series regular on the Emmy Nominated Show "The Bay." Most recently, Carlo played - detective Stanley Montana with the late actor Tom Sizemore in the Amazon film "The Legend of Jack and Diane." Over the years, he has appeared in many film and television shows (see his imdb) such as "911, "Parks and Recreation," and "90210." His body of work includes comedy, action, drama and horror. This is the most exciting year for Carlo as he landed the leading role in the movie "Demise," a cutting edge modern day film noir.
