It's here, the last day (Day 12) of this years BFI London Film Festival (4th to 15th October 2023)!!!

Our @EchoChamberFP coverage comes to an end with a Short from the 'No Place Called Home' block, and the 'Closing Night Gala', a new film about being lost in a near future!

'South Facing' is written & directed by Reneque Samuels. When a headstrong daughter (Déja J. Bowens) confronts the new owner (Victoria Serra) of her family's (Juliet Garricks) former shop, she's faced with an uncomfortable revelation.

'The Kitchen' is directed by Daniel Kaluuya & Kibwe Tavares. Kaluuya also co-writes with Joe Murtagh & Rob Hayes. In a dystopian future London where all social housing has been eliminated, Izi (Kane Robinson) and Benji (Jedaiah Bannerman) fight to navigate the world as residents of The Kitchen - a community that refuses to abandon their home.
