Diana Cipriano

Film Programmer, Researcher

Diana Cipriano has worked in film distribution, acquisitions and programming in Lisbon and London, focusing on Southern and Western European, Latin American and Queer cinema. She works in the programme & research team at BFI Southbank, having most recently co-curated the season Ensemble: The Filmmakers from Richard Linklater’s Nouvelle Vague. She has also programmed for the BFI London Film Festival and currently programmes for BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival.

'BFI Flare' is the biggest LGBTIQ+ film festival in Europe!

It is divided into four thematic programme strands: HEARTS, BODIES and MINDS alongside a new strand for the 40th edition celebrating the history of LGBTQIA+ films, TREASURES.
